From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible location, just a short stroll from the historical center. The mini apartment was mind-blowingly spacious, perfect for our family with two little ones. The staff were absolutely super, treating our children like lifelong friends. The free parking, reliable wi-fi, and luggage storage made our stay even more convenient. We were amazed by the state-of-the-art flat-screen TV and the well-equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle and cookware. The solarium with sun loungers provided a jaw-dropping spot to soak up the sun, while the wheelchair access ensured everyone felt included. And to top it off, our furry friend was allowed to join us too! The air conditioning kept us cool, and the no smoking policy ensured a fresh atmosphere. this place was an absolute winner, and we felt truly welcomed at every turn. Highly recommended for families and anyone seeking an unforgettable stay.

The decoration at the hotel was charming and elegant, with beautiful colors and patterns that made me feel like I was in a cozy home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, with comfortable seating areas where I could relax and read a book. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me, with wide hallways and easy-to-use elevators that made it convenient to move around.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of offering guidance and suggestions for local attractions and activities. It would have been helpful to have someone available to provide information on sightseeing options in the area, especially for those of us who may not be as familiar with the city.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was situated within walking distance of the city center, which made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the festivities. Another great feature was the ample and secure parking available on site. We didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our car, which was a huge relief. Additionally, the room amenities were impressive. We had a tea kettle and a refrigerator, which made it convenient for us to prepare and store snacks and drinks.
One thing that was a bit disappointing was the lack of holiday decorations in the hotel. Given that it was Christmas time, we were hoping for a festive atmosphere.
